tracks and track points misaligned in tcx file

I've just downloaded some activites and they all seem to have tracks misaligned so they are not under the correct lap.

As an example, say I have 20 laps, the first 8 laps have no track info but the next 12 do. Within the 12 laps that do have tracks I find the "missing" tracks for the first 8 laps. In the example given below, all the tracks are lumped into the last lap as the track times are in the future from when the lap was (hence why the elapsed time is so long).

Having looked into things a bit further it seems that the track points are basically correct except that the time ie <Track><Trackpoint><Time> is incorrect and that is the reason a track is being put under the incorrect lap. I see in my example given below that my runs are merging into activities and being split up due to the tracks having the incorrect time?!!

I know the tracks are all present as the map of my run is correct, as is the distance etc. It just screws things up in garmin connect a little as the moving pace is completely wrong and the elapsed time can be wrong etc. see http://connect.garmin.com/activity/53455470 or another screwed up one here http://connect.garmin.com/activity/53455397

Is it possible there's some daylight saving's glitch or other time based glitch? Looks like a glitch with lap time (which looks correct to me) vs track time (this is not correct).

Last time I uploaded activities successfully was 30-sep and I have about 30 activities I've just uploaded today from 01-oct->17-oct.
