Garmin Connect not working

Login works fine, after login to Garmin connect, get error, with some suggestions, refresh, try later and contact Customer Support.

If I click on Dashboard, nothing happens. On activities I get the following message:

Can't create a measurement with NaN value.18 - percentage 17 - difference

You also get this message if I click on one of the uploaded activities in the calendar, so basically cannot use it at all.

Contacted Customer support in August they told me that this is known problem for some users, contacted them again last week, as nothing has been done to fix this. same message and no timelines to get this resolved.

Anybody else having this same problem?

    Dear Rossclarke84

Please see the email that I just sent you and also sign into your account, you had a zero value on your power zones that caused this issue, I changed it to a one instead of a zero and the activities are now visible.

    Thank you

Argh!!! I have the same issue on my account and my wife's account.
  • @hawktalk ... there appear to be lots of people having these issues at the moment, with no explanation or timescale for fixing forthcoming, are you able to tell us what is going on, and why so many of us are unable to access any of the data we have stored in Garmin Connect?

    Thank you,
    David

Shift & Refresh resolved my problem. Thanks for the tip.

This resolved my problem Thanks for the tip.
In your browser, try SHIFT and RELOAD. This forces the cache to clear after which the java/applet script is reloaded with the new version.

I've tried flushing my history/cache/everything in both IE and Chrome. In both cases it seems like their database has lost my username after I log into connect.

If I click around it asks me to create a user. If I try to create myself it says that I already exist.
Definitely a bug in their data/query/code.

I tried resetting my password to see if kicking the tires might squirt bad data out but still doesn't work.
