Garmin Connect not working

Login works fine, after login to Garmin connect, get error, with some suggestions, refresh, try later and contact Customer Support.

If I click on Dashboard, nothing happens. On activities I get the following message:

Can't create a measurement with NaN value.18 - percentage 17 - difference

You also get this message if I click on one of the uploaded activities in the calendar, so basically cannot use it at all.

Contacted Customer support in August they told me that this is known problem for some users, contacted them again last week, as nothing has been done to fix this. same message and no timelines to get this resolved.

Anybody else having this same problem?

    What Operating system and what browser are you using?

    Have you tried accessing your account on a different computer?
  • tried that, using OSX and tried Safari and Firefox. Also using VMWare with virtual Windows 7 PC with IE, exactly same message, clearing cache doesn't help.

    Ditto, I too have problems uploading, via firefox and safari. Upload page has no options to proceed. :confused:

    In your browser, try SHIFT and RELOAD. This forces the cache to clear after which the java/applet script is reloaded with the new version.

    I also have this issue. I can navigate to the calendar and access all my run workouts. But can't access any of my recent bike workouts

    Connect / photos page not loading

    Hi, since 1 month tha garmin connect / photos page is not working. ¿Anyone can tell me why? I live in Argentina and I use to load photos for to navigate to a photo in a nüvi 1200. I can geotag separately but the page were fine to do this, now I can´t. The browser info (Explorer, Chrome or Firefox) display "error in page loading".
    I've checked in more than three computers and locations, and the same results. Thanks

    The photo portion of the Garmin Connect site is no longer going to be available. Sorry for the late reply but I wanted to confirm the information. if you need anything else please let us know.
