Track Shoes

I currently use Garmin Connect and Sports Track to keep track of all my runs. I really want to just use Garmin Connect but I can't because Sports Tracks allows me to track miles on my shoes. Have you all thought about adding that functionality to Garmin Connect?
  • Garmin connect continuous improvement

i enjoy the garmin connect page but i feel like competitors are continuously improving and making their sites social as well as a place to store runs.
if you haven't all ready, you should check out STRAVA.com. they allow storage of your runs plus compare you versus others on the same route and compare you versus others on hills that you've ran. they also let you track equipment. the thing that sucks with them is they don't sell products so they charge people to upload their runs. have you thought about offering these features on garmin connect? Also, check out how they determine if a run is locked or open to the public for viewing under the settings. love the way they handle it. let me know...i want to stick with garmin but other sites are just doing it better out there.

I checked out strava.com a couple of months ago. The first thing I tried to do was to manually add a swim activity. Whoops -- you can't do that -- but you can add a roller ski activity  . That ended my use of stava.com right then.
