Goals Stating Yesterday

Hi, how do I create a goal that has yesterday as the start date. The calender control blanks out all dates previous to today. This makes it impossible for me to create a goal with a start date in the past. It means that I have to wait a week to create the goal since I want the goal to repeat on a weekly basis starting with Monday. Any ideas?
