Help with several issues

Hi -

I am having several issues with the system that I hope somebody here can help me sort out.

1. Uploading activities from my Edge 705 to Garmin Connect is incredibly slow - it usually takes 20-30 minutes. Is that to be expected?

2. Pretty frequenty - maybe 50% of the time - after I wait 20-30 minutes for the upload to complete, it tells me that there are no new activites. But if I go and look in the history folsder on he device, I will have a .tcx file from the rides that I have made since the last upload. SOmetimes when I retry the upload the new rides get found, sometimes not.

Any suggestions?

I experienced myself this a few times.

In my case, the cause was the ANT Agent running on my PC.

After closing (exit) and restarting the ANT agent, the data was transferred within a minute.
