Garmin 450 Oregon : Can't Upload Activities

Hi.

I tried looking for a reference but can't find the one that answers my issue.
It's my first time to connect my Garmin 450 Oregon and has an 8Gb SDcard with 24K Topo Maps.

I can connect to my Garmin Account but can't upload the activities.
I connected the 450 as Mass Storage.

When I choose the Main Unit, there is only 1 activity : time s 1hr, moving time 1 minute, distance is only 0.29mile. unusual ....

when I choose the SDcard, it would show that it is reading the sdcard and it does not go anywhere from there.

What do i have to do to so that I can upload the activities?

i haven't been able to upload mine, although it connects to garmin connect and i can start uploading tracks, it just stays and uploading, i have left it like that for hours. Tech Support has not helped me at all with this.
