How to export a manually-imported TCX file?

I had some FR60 workouts that I edited after exporting them using the standard workaround:

"connect.garmin.com/.../xxxxxxxx, where xxxxxxxx is the activity number.

I re-uploaded the files to Garmin Connect and then stupidly deleted them from my computer. Now I want them again, but cannot export them using the workaround.

Any thoughts on how to get them out of GC???

If the activity is in Garmin Connect you can export it as a tcx, gpx or kml file. When you have the activity open there are some buttons below the map window. The export one is the 3rd from the left.

the FR60 files have no GPS track so the export via buttons is not available (hence I was using the workaround).
