I have a Ecoroute when plugged into a Chevy pickup or GMC Yukon both 2003 it will connect and work with my 1690 for a bit then the light goes out on the hd. It has been replaced but continues to do it. Has anyone had this problem as well. It has been updated, soft reset and hard. I haven't figured out if the vehicle computers are disconnecting from it yet or if it is the adapter. When I mean light I mean the signal light on the ecoroute, it is just like it is shutting off or the vehicle computer has stopped communicating with the ecoroute.
