forerunner 405, send to device doesn't work

When I click the Send to device button in my garmin connect site on a specific activity it says it found the device and that it is sending the activity to the device, but nothing ever gets on the device, it is not reacting to the send.
Uploading activities fron the forerunner to garmin connect works just fine.

Any ideas ?

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, you'll need to add *.garmin.com to the list of trusted sites.
In IE go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites. Uncheck "require server verification." Enter *.garmin.com, click Add, click OK. Close IE. Restart IE.

Hi Phil. I had the same issue, but now it works after adding garmin.com to the Trusted site. I had another question though, I'm finding that not all courses are sending to my 405CX. Can you only send courses that have been created with the same model watch?
