uploading files

I have an Edge 705

I have one file that will not upload to Garmin connect.

I can see it in history and even view it on the Garmin but it doesnt upload.

I have copied it to my computer hard drive and tried a manual upload but still no luck, it comes up with an error.

I have tried changing the name but no help.

Also I just updated the Webupdater software to 2.4.2 and now cant seen any files in history, yet if I plug the Garmin into the computer I can see them all stored in the History folder.

Any suggestions?
