Garmin Connect Welcome Page

I noticed the Garmin Connect welcome page has changed, at least on my browsers (IE and Safari). It looks like a webpage that is real basic with no graphics. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I had cleared the cache on my browser to no avail, so was wondering what was going on....

Same on Firefox (latest version) on a Mac. Some page rendering issues somewhere
