Streetpilot C340 - Need help!

Hi,

So my Streetpilot C340 has been telling me that my maps are more than a year old (they're the stock maps that came on the device, City Navigator North America NT 2008, Deluxe All Regions, Apr 07). I decided to go on Garmin.com, where I saw that if you register your device, you might qualify for a free map update, which I did (nüMaps OnetimeTm City Navigator® North America NT 2011). After the update was complete, it was saying something about locked maps, so I tried to run the update again, and it went through the whole process for a second time. Now when i click on Address, Spell Name, etc, it gives me the same error "No Map Data Available". When I click on Map, Map Info isn't able to be clicked on, so somehow it seems the update butchered the new map and deleted my old one in the process. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.
