62s Memory Problems

I just got a 62s and am having memory problems that I cannot seem to resolve originally I loaded the 24k Topo NE edition. and then tried some Birds eye stuff it wouldn't hold all the birdseye so I moved the topo by copying to the SD card and then moving the maps from the garmin to the trash can via drag and drop (Mac). This supposedly was 1.66gb so I figured I would be all set looked at the Garmin in finder saw that only 54mb was used, so I went back to Base Camp to try and redo a 5mb birdseye and it says there is not enough free space. I tried to do a master reset but that didn't help either. Can anyone tell me what to do I would like to reset everything to zero and start all over.

Try loading it all to the uSD card, especially BirdsEye stuff. Sometimes those files don't download correctly and it is always easier to deal with them on the card than on the unit itself.

62 s Memory Problems

I tried loading to the SD card and now that doesn't work for Birdseye it does for Topo but not the Birdseye. I still don't know why i get the insufficient memory messages
