Garmin Dakota 20 - Determine time

I need to know what the time is on my Dakota so I can sync my camera to it. How do I do this? Thank you.

Go to Trip Computer, select the small/large data field button (bottom right of screen) until you get two large data fields. Select one of the large data fields and pick Time of Day.

This will give you the time of day with seconds.
