Weightlifting/ Strength exercises

Hi,
I must say Garmin connect is an excellent tool, but I miss the ability to enter and track my sessions in the weight room. It would be nice if I could add a set of exercises in main settings and chose from these to create a exercise log with number of reps, series, weight for each set and a comment to each exercise.

cheers,

Jørgen

thats a though however you have to look at this. Garmin is a GPS comany not a fitness company. They got in to one part of fitness due to the fact that gps is a alsome way to track runners. When it comes to lifting weights gps is not going to do this. I probally could see this happing in the feature since they have decieded to add a scale to the mix. However theres still no way to track your workouts. The good thing about garmin so fare is they have created a way to automate everything posted on the site. Until they are able to automate your strength training workouts it probally want be listed on the site. Right now garmin revolves around running, walking, bikeing, hicking and activities that use GPS. lifting weights dose not utilize GPS and will probally not be added to the site anytime soon.
