Is anyone continually getting a log in screen instead of being able to view all their data? I have been off my computer for about 3 weeks, and now when I try and look at my workout data a message keeps comin up asking if I want to view unsecure stuff or not and even when I choose both either yes or no, I keep getting a log on screen to put my user name and password in. I know it says there will be maintenance on the 12th, but it's not the 12th. Anyone having this problem?
I am also having a similar problem and cannot get past the log in screen to view my data. I had not downloaded anything for about 10 days and when I did I did not get the usual message telling me to click to view my data. So I went to the log in page - everything looks normal, my login and password are saved but everytime I try to login the page just stays the same. I have tried reentering my details but it makes no difference. I haven't seen the mention of maintenance on the 12th though - could that be the problem?
I seem to have the same problem - can't log on to 'Garmin Connect' at all. Though manage to get onto 'myGarmin' - which, however, is now blank (i.e. no historic data, not even recognising my 305 as a pre-registered device). :(
Yesterday a message on 'Garmin Connect' advised of today's early morning maintenance potentially affecting useage for a few hours. Could well be that it's related to this maintenance? Fingers crossed - it resolve itself come tomorrow.
Must be something with the server if there's a bunch of us having the exact same problem. Let's hope it works later, wouldn't want to loose all my information, especially to check how it all worked for today's 21K
Well I am pleased to say that I have been able to log on today, all my data is still there and all I had to do was manually upload my data from yesterday which is also ok
I hope everyone else is ok now
I think it should have been made clear on the login page if there were maintenance issues which caused the problem as it looks as though unnecessary confusion was created
