Dear Garmin GPS Experts,
My nuvi5000 has got a MIC input socket, yet the user manual does not mention a thing about it!! Electret or dynamic MIC is my question? - I soldered 3 LI-ion batteries in series to run the nuvi 5000 for about 5 hrs (at 0.35A/h).
My dream: I would love to use the GPS' mp3 music with whistling at the same time. It would make a Super-Mini PA system to demonstrate my art of whistling to music.
The mp3 music sound great and the movie recordings with whistling sound great, too. The good thing is: whistling does not need bass!
Any chance of mixing the whistling tune to the music life or in real-time? I mean there's audio access via the video inputs, too. Maybe I would need a small mixer? I enjoy electronics hobby and that might help?
