Import data FROM Excel INTO Garmin

I've got a bunch of training data (time, distance, speed, HR, etc) that I kept in an Excel spreadsheet. Is there a way to import or upload that data into Garmin connect? I realize it would not have maps, which is fine; I would just like to consolidate the data in one store.
