Health Readings in Garmin Connect/BC1000

question.. I have a Tanita BC1000 and use it with Garmin Connect..

On garmin connect under the health tab.. occasionally when I move the cursor over the dot on the graph it will show weight or data for that measurement/day.. I say occasionally because it has only shown info once or twice out of at least a hundred separate efforts.. It would be nice to be able to see exact reading.. thoughts?? suggestions?? I have a Mac

thanks

Sorry - just noticed your thread. I'm having similar problems and have started another similar thread.

All my data is there. The weight chart is blank, but I move my cursor over it I can find the entered data points. It's almost as if the data points and chart line are drawn with a white font on a white background?

Hopefully someone will be able to help us out!

    charts

my lines and points are there but the information is not displayed when I move the cursor over the point.. there have been a few occasions when the info is displayed so I know it is supposed to show it.
