Courses Sent to Device Not Showing Up

I have a Garmin Forerunner 310XT
I am doing a mountain bike course this weekend
I found someone who did the same course last year on Garmin Connect
I clicked on Send To Device
Mr Computer said it had been sent successfully.
Forerunner did not beep, vibrate or show any sign that it had received anything.
I clicked on Courses on Forerunner, but can only see ones I had done and saved on there myself

Any help?

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, you'll need to add *.garmin.com to the list of trusted sites.

In IE go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites. Uncheck "require server verification." Enter *.garmin.com, click Add, click OK. Close IE. Restart IE.
