Training session lost - gone from 310xt, but not found in Garmin Connect?

I took part in a triathlon race today, and am very interested in checking the session on Garmin Connect.

I had some wlan network issues, but the Garmin seemed to transfer the training session to the Ant Agent, and it's deleted in the 310xt, but hasn't reached Garmin Connect, even if I now have a working internet connection. Could the training activity be stuck in the Ant Agent in some way?

Very thankful if someone could help me with this problem.
  • You have manually deleted it from your device? If the activity was successfully transfered to GAA and you're running Windows Vista or 7, then the tcx file should be located at:
    C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\GARMIN\Devices\<device ID\History\

    The AppData folder is hidden by default, but you can manually type it in to the search text box.

    No, I haven't. Normally it's autodeleted after the transfer.

    I found a number of tcx-files there, thank you! Guess I then can upload them manually to Garmin Connect.

    Any idea why it didn't work automatically this time?

  • Aha, you have it set to auto-delete. You are a brave person. :eek: My guess is either some setting in your browser is preventing the transmission or it is too large and it timed out. Make sure you get it somewhere. Send it to Training Center and see if you can view it there.
