How to send courses to my device

I'm using Garmin Connect, when I send the course to device it tells me "it was sent" But I can't find it.

What model of device are you using? It would have to have that capability as listed here.

If you're using Internet Explorer as your web browser, you'll need to add *.garmin.com to the list of trusted sites.

In IE go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites
Uncheck "require server verfification"
Enter *.garmin.com, click Add, click OK. Restart IE.
