Hi there, i just got my 1690 today and followed all of the instructions, plugged it in to charge, updated my maps and software which both seemed to be fine and showed as completed on my dashboard. i then left it on to continue to charge for a few hours before i disconnected it using the 'safely remove hardware'. Once it was removed from it's usb it then shut down and now wont start back up again, i've tried holding the power button and also tried the reset function by holding the upper left portion of the screen at the same time but still i'm getting nothing. It isn't turning on or being recognised by my pc now either.
Anyone got any ideas?
