2 problems:
I am using v.1 of metroguide with whatever is the current mapsource version. Now it is 6.16.2. The find address feature tells me the selected street is not valid in this map product. However, it does exist for I have used it previously. I also have v. 6.14.1 on another computer and it finds the street. I have used my vista cx for several years without any problems like this. I am using Windows 7 in the first instance if that makes a difference but it didn't before.
I just returned from a round trip to Denver from Salt Lake City. Since I was unable to enter an address, I used an intersection and it was OK. However, the tone that signals when a turn is coming up did it for every exit, even ranch roads, etc. I only wanted it for the NEEDED turns so it was pretty annoying. I know I could mute the tone but that would defeat the purpose. I tried everything to adjust the setting but to no avail. This has never happened before. I would certainly appreciate any ideas/solutions.
