Moving Time vs Time ... what's the difference??

I ran the other day for 1h33'21 and the Garmin Connect shows me the following time :

Time: 01:33:21
Moving Time: 01:29:49

What does Moving Time Represent exactly ? I see that there also elapsed time which takes into account the pause (when pressed on Stop/Stop)

but how is moving time calculated ?

It looks like you were stopped for 3 1/2 minutes of that time.
I believe "time" is "Garmin powered-on time" and moving time is elapsed time with a speed > 0
