I would love if the Recovery Heart Rate got transfered to Garmin Connect, and I could track it on the reports page.

In what way? if reported correctly could be used to determine fitness improvement. The fitter you get the quicker your heart rate will recover. is this what you really what to measure?

is the recovery heart rate registered in Connect.Garmin?

Completely agree. If the device can show recovery heart rate, why doesn't GC do it?
A lot of people want this:

Or perhaps it's time to leave GC to move to another online analytic tool? Garmin doesn't seem to show much interest in improving it.
