Hey all, happy Saturday evening!! :(
Need some assistance. I am on my 3rd replacement from Garmin in the last 3 weeks. Original died, replacement came broken (mode button didnt work, and then a day later it wouldnt turn on), got the 3rd yesterday. Seemed everything worked. Went for run today, great!! Tried to download into Training Center and computer wouldnt recognize device. Let it sit there for 5 minutes and it finally downloaded from device. Now my biggest problem is, the device says Battery Charge Complete. I take it off the cradle and try to turn it on, device says batteries low and shuts off. It was a full battery when I got it from Garmin yesterday. Two hour run today will not drain the battery. I am soo frustrated right now. Maybe the cradle is bad? I cleaned the connectors..I am wits end. Oh and I cant do a hard reset as there is not enough juice in the device to perform that option.
