Garmin Connect Manual Workout Time Issue

When I manually enter a workout on Garmin Connect, the time I enter is automatically moving the time back 4 hours earlier than what I set it to. Is anyone else having the same issue?

I have seen this, it has moved manual entries by an hour for me.

Connect seems to change the entered time by your time zone offset.

Are you 4 hours different to GMT?

Its a known bug that hasn't been fixed.
