Please help!
I've a Nuvi 250 it's a couple of years old but is running latest software (v_5.00) and has nuMaps Lifetime 2011.10 Europe installed. I have had a problem with mapping and navigation prior to this.
When I use the unit in mapping or navigation mode, the unit is actually lagging behind my real position on the road. I am missing turnings. I was hoping a software upgrade and map update would resolve this.
Here are the things I've tried:
I've hit the reset button.
I've erased all my data by powering on and holding bottom right of screen.
I don't think I can view satallite info, I,ve tried holding signal indicator as some have suggested but this don't bring up any additional screens, so I can't tell if Nuvi is triangulating correctly.
