new 1450t keeps switching off just as green bar starts

Having an issue with garmin 1450t keeps switching off just as the green bar starts, tried putting it on charge but only starts & then switchs offcontinuously.
I know take it back but its from the USA [holiday trip].1month old
Strange thing it only happend after i put some voices from the garmin site bloody yeti :eek:.?/

New 1450t switches off and restarts while driving

I have a new 1450t. I have added nothing to the factory installation besides updating maps when I registered it. It switches itself off about every 30 minutes while driving, and then immediately restarts and continues with the route navigation. This is major problem when it happens just when a difficult part of the route is being navigated, such as the freeway approaches to New York! Anyone else having the same problem?
