Can't upload a track

I'm trying to upload a track from 2 days ago. I am able to open it in Basecamp MapSource, and Gogle Earth, but can't get it to upload to Garmin Connect. I've tried to do it through upload recent activities, and manually. It doesn't show up on recent activities, and the manual download (saved as .gpx file) fails. It's on my etrex Vista HCx.

Any ideas?

Just guessing here.
You might open the track in MapSource and zoom up the map a bit and pan thru the plot looking for any points that are way out of place and delete them. Then scroll down the list of trackpoints making sure the timestamps are increasing. Then save and then "save as" gpx and over write the old file. Then try uploading that gpx to GC.
