Can anyone help a novice GPS user. The extrex venture hc was plugged into the USB port whilst the set up process was being completed. It died mid download and the screen now just flashes the odd white light when switched on. Removed the garmin,rebooted machine as suggested and download again. In the find your device box of the set up wizard, the device says some devices were found but do not have the capabilities. Cannot get life into garmin to alter anything etc. Bought in Feb 10. Any help appreciated.
