Delete part of a ride?

I have a 305. Yesterday I went for a ride and thought I turned off the unit, but that wasn't the case. I now have my ride AND the drive back home. Is there a way to delete the part of the ride that was done in the car? Can I edit out part of a ride that was recorded by mistake? Thanks
