Have a 500 and have love using Garmin Connect.
I have two problems - temperature data never shows up in Garmin Connect (distance, speed, cadence and heartrate all show up just fine) and the version still shows as 2.30 when indeed the unit itself it at 2.40.
I tried using the device's data and when that didn't work I used Garmin Connect's data and that didn't work.
Temperature is definitely one of my fields in my data points (on Page 2).
