3790T Problems Updating Software

Hi

When I connect the 3790T to the computer Dashboard or WebUpdater let me know that there are software updates available.

When I run the software update it tells me that it was successful.

When I go back into Dashboard or WebUpdater I get the same message that there are software updates available. Round and Round I go.

Can anyone help please ?

You're right!

You are absolutely right! This is about money. I had to pay $49.99 just to access the MapUpdate program but once I ponied up the program was available and it did update the software/firmware from ver. 2.5 to 4.8. It's all about the money! (Of course)

Disconnect without ejecting (On MAC using Map Updater on 3760T)

Folks,

Around and around I went until I found the 'disconnect the cable without ejecting the device' suggestion; it worked for me.
