I have 2 nuvi 250 but one isn't showing the "where"-button

Hi

I've tried everything (except the right thing I guess) but one of my nuvi 250 doesn't show the button i guess is called "where" (it's in Swedish for me). It's the button to press to manually write the address (country -> city -> street). The button doesn't exist, what should I do to get this to work. The GPS is useless without this button.
