Unable to import the attached *.tcx file, any idea why?

I created a tcx with Bikeroutetoaster.com and saved as *.tcx file. I'm able to import into Garmin training center but when I try and upload to garmin connect it tells me "Some activities could not be created."

Any help would be appreciated.

GC won't let you upload "course" files. It will only support "history" files (both types of files have the tcx extension). BikerouteToaster will generate "course" files. You can use TCX Converter to convert a "course" file to a "history" file.
