Can't transfer 405 data anymore!

I've had my garmin 405 for about a year- I took a trip to France and did a couple runs, and transfered data just fine in the beginning of july.

Upon returning home, when I plug my ANT+ device into my home system (and this always used to work fine) the ANT Agent says 'Waiting for new data' forever.

I have tried a master reset, turning the Pairing/Enabled on and off, restarting the agent, all to no avail.

What else can I try? I have the latest Ant Agent v2.2.11.

Have you tried a "Force Send" from the 405?

I have the same issue. The device (a watch) was found within a few seconds before but it has got progressively worse. Today ANT Agent (latest Mac version) wont find the watch at all. Maybe "force" will work but that is not the point - the watch is supposed to be automatically detected and data uploaded (yes, there's new data). I tried unplugging the USB dongle, and rebooting.

Just to followup on this one- I have tried Force Send, a full master reboot (wiping all my data) and trying to connect on different machines.

No luck. I wish I knew if it was the watch or the stick, but even more I wish this expensive piece of technology worked like it was supposed to for longer than 8 months.

Open to ideas if anyone has one!

Figures! Just when I was about to give up I managed to get it to work.

Here's what what I did to fix it:
    1. Right click on the Garmin Ant Agent (lower right corner of the screen)
    2. Select Device settings
    3. Remove device

Then let the thing get redetected. Worked for me!
