How do I escalate a Customer Service Issue

Over 2 months ago my 1370T locked up after using the Garmin site updater. A replacement GPS was sent to a wrong address, it has now been resent ... literally "slow boat" as my post office told me the average shipping time from the information I have is 65 days! Is there some other organization within Garmin that I can try and contact to try and get a GPS? thanks
