nuvi 250W erased by mistake

Hi
My Garmin Nuvi250W was connected to my PC and on another USB port there was an USB-drive
So by mistake I eraser the Garmin instead of the drive.

in consequence Garmin Webupdater doesn't see the GPS and when I switch it on, "no detailed maps found that support routing"

There was no CD or DVD with my GPS
It is now unusable. How can I do to reinstall it?
