Old etrex legend cable

I have an old legend and venture. My computers do not have the serial connectors. Is there a USB cable available so I can down load maps etc? Or what serial to USB cable can I buy that will do the trick? I baught one off the web however, it does not work.

Ideas?

Google pl 2303 and you should be able to find an adapter. I have one and it works great under windows. Now if I could get my Legend to upload tracks I'd be laughing.
