Thank you for contacting Garmin International. I am sorry for your issue with the Historytree file. The .bin file seems to be corrupted in which case there is not much we can do. There is a .bin cleaner that you could possibly use by doing a search on the internet how ever Garmin does not actually have this type of tool.
Garmin cannot recommend or endorse third party software not licensed or produced by Garmin. On a personal level, I've never used one that worked well so I'm not comfortable recommending anything. I'd advise you to do a Google search or check some GPS fitness forums to see if they have any recommendations.
