Garmin Connect uploads not consistent with transfers to Training center

I'm having issues with uploading ride to Garmin Connect. Seems to be happening on rides over 60 miles.

When I load the ride to Garmin Training Center, the route, miles, time..everything is correct.

When I upload to Garmin Connect, it shows a different starting point and mileage and times are off, mileage off as much as 10 miles. (Shows the same incorrect information when I upload to Strava)

Any clues?
