Europe Maps HELP!

I just bought a few weeks ago my garmin nuvi 1300 and I already download the maps from USA, Mexico and Costa Rica, my question is the next one, in a few weeks I will go to Europe and I want that my GPS to works with the maps of Europe obviously but, when i try to download the maps it says that internal memory is full so, i want to know if its possible to buy an external memory, download the europe maps into the external memory and introduce the external memory to my GPS, if its possible that my GPS works in europe having the maps in the external memory?
I'll really appreciate if someone can help me with this problem :(

I tried to post this earlier and probably hit the wrong button so here I go again: I have the nuvi 1350 w/North America loaded. Am going to Europe so wanted to add the 2011 version of Europe. The memory in the 13xx series is only 2 GB and the NA map takes up about 75% of the memory. The European map takes just under 2GB so you need a microSD card. I elected to buy the European map on microSD rather than try to spend hours downloading it to either my computer or an external microSD chip. It simply plugs into the unit and is recognized immediately. If you want to see a European city you have to remember to use the 'near' button or search for a city using the spell button while in North America.

Hope this helps with your problem.
