Average Speed in mph

I would like to be able to view my speed in mph in http://connect.garmin.com/activities

At present it shows my speed as my pace - eg an average speed of 08:47.

In order to set up my speed zones it would be useful to see my average and top speeds in mph - e.g. 7mph - in order that I can easily calculate speed zones for my device (forerunner 305) without a lot of calculations.

Is there a way of doing this? :confused:
