I purchased the Garmin Language Guide on an SD (SanDisk 256 MB). I put this SD into the slot. It does not work. When I push the icon Language Guide I'm getting the message: Garmin Language Guide is locked. I contacted with [email][email protected][/email] about this problem. But the answer was a completely formal one, namely, "there is a software issue that is causing this error message". They recommended to update the software online. I did it. No result. Still the same message : "Garmin Language Guide is locked". Please help!!!! I need this Guide working by July 21st 2010.
