Garmin Connect Development Stopped?

I was wondering, in light of this:

And seeing nothing new on the releases:

Is development on Garmin Connect stopped for the summer ?

I think garmin means twice a year not once a month for updates.

The time in zones is "coming soon" lots of development needed there

I wonder if anything else is intended in future?
The feature request forum could give a few suggestions....
