It appears as one of the fields in Details. Coffee stops, puncture stops, times hanging around before a time trial start all make the standard average speed less useful,
in the same vein, it would be nice to be able to compare activities in the table by moving time. I have several routes I ride with stop signs/lights/etc. and comparing them by total time rather than moving time is irrelevant.
