Nuvi 1350 cannot power up

Hi,

I cannot power up the Nuvi 1350 after I done the 1-time free map update.

It shows the Garmin logo and the copyrights page then shutdown itself. I have to soft reset many times before it can be power up.

Anyone has any suggestion what can I do to it power up normally?

    Anyone can help?

    I tried to email Garmin Support but got no reply from them.

    My product is still under warranty and I thought of returning it to Garmin for help but they just do not response to my request for help.

    How else can I get Garmin to help?
